Aura Season 1: Weeks 10–12 — Wrapping Up and What’s Ahead
Getting ready for a HUGE Season 2

Aura Season 1 is coming to an end this week.

Over the past 12 weeks, we’ve launched nearly 100 quests, shipped new tools, and welcomed hundreds of thousands of new contributors across Common.

What started as an experiment in ecosystem reputation has evolved into a network-wide coordination engine—and we’re just getting started.

SuperVol, Launchpad, and the Final Push

In Weeks 8–9, we partnered with SuperVol, a DeFi protocol built on Soneium, to deliver NFT-based quests and reward early badge holders. That energy carried through the final phase.

The new Launchpad quests—introduced May 30—let users earn Aura by launching and trading tokens from inside their Common. It marked a major step forward: turning community infrastructure into a live reward surface.

Key actions included:

  • Launching tokens via the Common Launchpad to earn 50 Aura
  • Swapping tokens, with rewards trialed at 10k x then finalized at 40x multiplier
  • Onboarding new communities into the quest system with instant feedback loops

In other words: full-spectrum onchain activation.

Weeks 10–12: Final Collaborations

The last stretch of Season 1 featured high-impact integrations and new partner activations:

  • Orbiter Finance launched a contributor-focused quest that drove community action across bridging and participationSee the post
  • Arcas Games joined the fold with quests rewarding their onchain player base and early supportersSee the post
  • More is dropping this week for a final bang before we close the books on Season 1 and prep for what’s next

Aura didn’t slow down at the finish line—it sprinted through it.

Season 1: A Snapshot

  • Nearly 100 quests launched
  • Thousands of contributors engaged
  • Multiple protocol partnerships
  • Aura integrated across voting, swapping, multisig use, and launch mechanics

The real win? Communities didn’t just show up—they kept building.

What’s Coming in Season 2

Aura Season 2 is already in motion.

It will be:

  • Shorter and sharper—fewer weeks, higher intensity
  • More integrated—with deeper ties to governance, exchanges, and wallets
  • Built for protocol —as Common moves toward decentralization

Aura won’t just reward engagement. It’ll anchor it into the decision-making process for how communities evolve.

Between Now and Then

Season 1 may be over, but Aura isn’t pausing.

We’ll be rolling out ad-hoc quests over the next few weeks—experimental drops, small tests, and high-impact coordination bounties. These are your chance to stay active and ahead.

Final Note

Twelve weeks ago, we launched a points system. What we got was a momentum engine.

Aura Season 1 proved that onchain coordination doesn’t need to be chaotic. It can be measured, rewarded, and iterated on. And now, we’re leveling it up.

Let’s keep building. Let’s stay onchain.
