Aura Season 1: Week 6 & 7 — Completing the Cycle

Aura Season 1: Week 6 & 7 — Completing the Cycle

Aura returns in Week 6 and 7 — and with it, something new is beginning to take shape.

Behind the scenes, we’ve been working on a major feature that will complete the lifecycle of onchain communities on Common. We’re not announcing it officially just yet, but if you’ve been paying attention, you might start to connect the dots.

🌀 Common is Evolving

Aura began as a reputation layer that rewards meaningful ecosystem contributions.

What comes next? Communities will soon be able to go from coordination to activation to launch, all natively within Common.

And that’s just the start.

In the near future, you’ll see:

  1. Onchain funding pools tied to quests
  2. Swaps and treasury actions through external protocols
  3. New forms of contribution tracking — from onchain to offchain, from Discord to DEXs

The goal is simple: let communities form, grow, and launch — all in one place, with full onchain capability.

✨ What to Watch for This Week

New partner and native Common quests are going live this week. One of this week’s quests contains a subtle preview of what’s coming.

Aura rewards are scaling back up, and your reputation is growing with every contribution

In the coming weeks, we’ll be:

Tapping in with new community partners to grow the network and deepen participation

Continuing to collaborate with Soneium ecosystem protocols, integrating even more of the onchain stack into the Aura experience

And yes, Aura is officially being extended past the original 8 weeks. We're now aiming for at least 10 weeks, and maybe more. So stay tuned, and stay up to date with our socials to catch what’s next.

The next chapter of Common is about to unlock. It’s more composable, more onchain, and more powerful than ever.
